Spring blessings

A couple of unpredicted, but much needed rain showers blessed Achaius Ranch recently. We were especially delighted by a beautiful double rainbow just before sunset on Saturday! One of the two parts was completely visible for awhile, with the second bow rather faint.

What do you suppose we found at the end of the rainbow?

Then, after that gorgeous treat, as the geldings enjoyed grazing the fresh wet grass, a nearly full moon rose at sunset.

This beautiful evening brought joy and thanksgiving, reminding us of the love and mercy of our Creator, who is the source of every good gift and all provisions. Personally, I gratefully receive these reminders, as I tend to get caught up in all the details and challenges of building and improving the ranch and preparing for the upcoming activities!
